Top 5 Reasons I Love Coaching

Today I want to share the TOP FIVE reasons why I love working as a life coach and helping you create the change you want to see for yourself!

• #1– I love to help people break through overwhelm, confusion and indecision. It is something I consider the most important work of all.
  
• #2– I’m as much of a people person as I am an ideas person. Coaching and building a coaching business allow me to combine the two for maximum life living. (ha!)
• #3– Being a part of the journey of what my clients create for themselves. Truly. I love seeing and hearing about the positive practical changes my clients are living.
• #4– I have a wife and two “adult-lite” 20-something kids. I don’t actually coach them (boundaries, anyone?) but I have the skills and am able to coach myself when life’s frustrations come calling.
• #5– I am able to carve my own path. For the last ten years, I have coached peoplee on managing medically required dietary restrictions, weight loss and building healthy habits to helping people manage big life transitions, career and relationship changes and more. Wow. That’s something you couldn’t have found at the job fair in high school, is it?
